Terms and Conditions for Appointment

  1. A patient can do appointment for the coming 4days.
  2. Clinic is closed on Wednesday so no appointment will be granted on that day.
  3. If a patient wants to reschedule the appointment one needs to call the clinic, check with the concerned person and then can reschedule the date after discussion with the clinic authority.
  4. Appointment needs to be rescheduled at least 24hours prior to the scheduled time otherwise NO REQUEST will be entertained, until and unless it’s an emergency.

Refund Policy

  1. NO REFUND will be made if the patient fails to come on the scheduled date and time without any prior intimation.
  2. In case the clinic is making some adjustment, the client will be given a call and the appointment will be rescheduled as per the patient’s convenience.
